Plasma Hyaluronan Binding Protein – later found to be identical with FSAP

Mon, May 25, 2009

Basic Studies

In these four publications Choi-Miura and colleagues describe the isolation and characterization of the so-called “hyaluronan-binding protein” from human plasma: later this protein was found to be identical with FSAP. Basically, the 1996 publication of Choi-Miura and colleagues is the first description of FSAP.
